Top 10 Most Anticipated Books of 2013:

Alright so 2013 is going to pretty much be an awesome year for books. I am beyond fantastically super duper hyper happy about The Eternity Cure and The Goddess Inheritance, those two series are both in my top 5 favorites. Affliction will be good, assuming that I get that far in the Anita Blake series by then. I'm on like book 4 right now of..well.. Affliction is book 22.

The Ocean at the End of the Lane is also a book I'm super excited over, Neil Gaiman is one of my all time favorite authors. Forever is going to be amazeballs, Forbidden was one of my favorite paranormal romance novels ever. That book has some high expectations, so I hope it lives up to it.

Scarlet and Everbound, well those two I just really like the plot of the first books and the covers. I have yet to read Cinder and Everneath, but they are both on my list to read for 2013. MacRieve should be interesting, I haven't read all of the books in the series yet though so hopefully it's still good without the others. I like some of her books, but others I couldn't get through. A Hunger Like No Other for instance, had far too much pseudo rape in it for my taste.

Unravel Me, I just got an ARC of! Super excited for that, and am going to be reading Shatter Me this coming week. I also just got an ARC for the Dead and Buried, it looks like it will be an awesome one too!

  1. Can't wait to read the Goddess Inheritance.

MacRieve is another I'm excited about - after reading Lothaire (and LOVING IT!) I'm excited to read about the werewolves again. Just talking about these books is so exciting!

    1. I have Lothaire sitting there waiting for me to read...along with all the other Immortal books. I read the first one and didn't like it at all, so I'm hopeful the rest I like. I'm thinking about just skipping ahead to Lothaire! Would that be a bad idea?

  2. I got Gaiman and Scarlet on my list too! And I would probably have other from your list but I didn't start reading those series yet. Great picks!
