Friday Feature & Follow (1)

Feature & Follow is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee & Alison Can Read. This is a great way to meet other books bloggers!

Q: When you step out of your USUAL genre what do you like to read? Best books in that genre?

I have a wide range on what my 'normal' genre is, I read a lot of different genres. Most though are always somehow related to paranormal usually, so we'll just go with that. If I step outside of paranormal or dystopian themed books then it's usually into the fantasy genre. I really enjoy books like the Sevenwaters Trilogy and anything by George R.R. Martin if I step into that territory.

  7. I don't really read much fantasy! I need to remedy that. The few I do are always YA or are urban fantasies.

  16. I have the first one of A Song of Fire and Ice series for my Kindle for months now, but I haven't read it yet. I guess it's because I know it's a long series and it's gonna be a rabbit hole if I like it lol

I guess adult fiction would be where I got the most out of my usual genre...

    1. Yeah adult fiction wise...I really only read certain fantasy and paranormal romance. Otherwise it's pretty much just YA, though I guess I do read some adult dystopian too.

I feel the same way with the Anita Blake vampire hunter series, I have almost all of them and have yet to read them...lol
